You get a written answer. If our record shows an error was made, we make it right. If the record supports the tow, we show you exactly what it contains.

Dispute Review FAQs

What happens after I submit a dispute review request?

A manager pulls the complete record for your tow — including timestamped photos taken at hookup, the property owner's signed authorization, and the signage documentation for the property — and personally re-reviews it. You receive a written response within 2 business days.

What information do I need to provide?

Your license plate number and the date of the tow. If you have photos or other documentation that supports your dispute, include them — we review everything submitted.

Why was my vehicle towed without warning?

Private property impounds in Arizona are performed under ARS 28-3511 at the direction of the property owner or manager. When ARS-compliant signage is posted at the property entrances, the posted signs constitute the legal notice. Law enforcement is notified within one hour of every tow.

Can I still get my vehicle while a dispute is being reviewed?

Yes. Vehicle release is available Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saturday by appointment). Retrieving your vehicle does not affect your dispute — the record review continues either way.

What are your fees based on?

Towing and storage rates are set within the maximums permitted for private property impounds in our operating jurisdictions, and every charge is itemized on the release invoice. If you'd like the fee schedule citation for any line item, include that in your request and we will provide it.
